global warming is real dammit!

hah hahahahaha hah. crazy maniacal laughter is the only response people who really believe global warming isn't real deserve. it seems like everyday i have to bite my tongue in my classes..because one person or another says something ridiculous, such as, "i didn't read the article because my astronomy class made me believe there's no global warming." oh.my.fuck. seriously. this happened this morning. and this individual will be in charge of educating hundreds of children.. groan.

anyhoo..on to happier things..

I am looking into where i'll get my montessori training!! maybe at Xavier.. but they'll probably cost waaay too much.. my first pick is a montessori school in lexington! i'll call the person in charge and hopefully something will come of it!

im 100% sure im skipping my grammar class tonight. my instructor actually makes me forget what i already intrinsically know because of his aggressive "nazi-socratic" method. im sure he'd make a nice grandpa..but i personally find his teaching methods offensive.

this is my third week of eating healthier... i mean, i pretty much was already eating waaay healthy all summer..but then i went on a junkfood binge and that was that..har har. but basically im just trying to cut out even the smaller bad foods if possible.. i got this really awesome lower fat mayo-its made with olive oil, so it still has good flavor..and whole wheat english muffins=uh-mazingness... hmmm..i noticed that there is a very good reason to separate yolks from egg whites when i read the nutrition info on my egg carton the other day!! apparently ONE FRIGGIN EGG = 76% of my daily cholesterol intake! thats insanity. i usually only eat eggs in baked goods..but every once in a while i hard boil them or make an egg sandwich.. no more yolks ever for me tho! jeeze oh man. hmmm..i just got inspired to make an egg-whites only egg salad sandwich..mmmMMM..i could use spicy brown mustard for flavor and coloring, i do believe im on to something grand!!!

and i am definitely intrigued. i have so many projects to finish. first of which being jenbot's baby blanket. this is a perfect opportunity to finish it up. i wish there was a stitch n' bitch near me! i should research this on the interwebs..
