i got a second interview with the YWCA!!! i'll be on-call- which isn't as good as part time, but at least i'll get a chance to do what i love some of the time! i'll keep looking for another part-time job or full-time job cause i gots to pay the bills. and if they don't end up hiring me at the ywca, i'll ask if i can volunteer. its just a place i want to be. it feeds my passions of wanting to advocate and care for people! thats why i want to become a teacher- teachers are also social workers, advocates, mentors, and therapists to their students!!! i have all kinds of ideas for activities and events i want to plan if i get the job!!

chamomile has put on some weight!! she still looks like a roadkill kitty when she lays down on my living room floor, but i expect she'll look even better in another two weeks! her little broken, croaky meow is turning into a real meow too! yesterday i thought beezlebub was meowing at me, but it was her!! once i get a paycheck of some kind i'm going to take my kittehs to the humane society and get them checked by a vet!

so i recently had a "3 steps back" kind of moment with someone. its a good thing that we took three steps back, but the incident that caused it was rather unpleasant if i do say so. it was one of those, Whoa! we need to figure out what happened- and we need to get to know each other like we should have months ago. so, its good in that this person and i are getting to know each other better. i feel hopeful! i had to call upon my powers of empathy and diplomacy- which are always bubbling just under my surface, so twasnt that hard.
